Dear Our Great Community;
It’s been a month since Nemesis DAO has launched and after a month of progress RFV (risk free value) of NMS has raised to 1,000 USD per NMS, the treasury amount has reached to 12,000,000 USD, and our market cap is currently sitting around 30,000,000 USD.
As you know, we have recently experienced a 3-day drawback however it’s all fine now and we will continue to honor the mission of providing the highest yield on Binance Smart Chain.
During the drawback, the community support and trust was immense and this reminded us that we must provide much more to this great community. As a lead dev, I always felt fully responsible for my investors prosperity and I always tried to compensate their regress to the greatest extent possible. All of our team members are consisting of like-minded people and we truly believe sharing the retained value from any project that has deployed by our team is key for becoming successful and moral people not in just crypto-space but also in life.
That’s being said, we have prepared a compensation plan for minimizing recent recession effects and this plan consists of Multiple Airdrops, giving away Whitelist Spots and any kind of incentives that will be possible to tender in the future.
Wallets that have not sold (or transferred) more than 20% of their initial NMS amount between the flawed epoch on 10th of December until 14th of December — 13:00 UTC (end date) will be eligible for receiving the benefits.
If you have sold more then 20% of your initial NMS for providing liquidity and buying the LP bond, you still will be eligible for the rewards. However the sale transaction and the LP supply transaction must have less then 3 hours between them.

Also, you can submit your e-mail address to the same form if you would like to grab your whitelist spot to become the earliest adaptor on future Nemesis co-products and any product that may have released by the Nemesis team.
Total amount of airdrop rewards will be around 15% of your portfolio’s median however we believe that much more will be received in time by taking the whitelist spot.

Airdrop: Frequently Asked Questions
1- Has anyone received the Airdrop yet? Airdrop distribution period?
Airdrops has not yet started. Previously we did state there will be two airdrop sessions, but we found out that this will be very ineffective in terms of time management for the team. With this in mind, we merged two sessions into one solo distribution period with dates confirmed below;
Starting Date: 20th December, 2021
Ending Date: 5th January, 2022
2- Who is eligible for airdrop? How much will I be receiving?

3- Holding NMS is enough to get qualified?
Yes, only if you haven’t sold (or transferred out) more than 20% of their initial NMS + sNMS amount between the flawed epoch on 10th of December until 14th of December — 13:00 UTC.
4- What will be the airdrop currency? NMS, sNMS or BUSD?
The airdrop currency will be “sNMS”.
5- How much sNMS will I be receiving? How much percentage (%)?
Eligible wallets will receive 15% of the (NMS + sNMS) amount according to the snapshot taken on 14.12.21.
6- Does the Airdrop count towards my bonded NMS?
No, airdrop will not count bonded NMS amounts but you are still eligible for airdrop according to your NMS + sNMS amounts during snapshot as stated above. Also, even if you have sold more then 20% of your initial NMS for providing liquidity and buying the LP bond, you still will be eligible for the rewards. However the sale transaction and the LP supply transaction must have less then 3 hours between them.
7- There are concerns that the airdrop will dilute the supply and drop price. An answer or a solution to that? Where is the supply NMS airdrop coming from? Which wallet addresses will be proceeding the distribution?
In order to prevent supply dilution and price dropping, distributions will be done from team wallets and will be spread to equal/balanced amounts daily and completed within 15 days. Below two wallets contains team tokens + bond fees accumulated since from the launch. Distribution will be done from these two wallets and no new tokens will be minted;

8- How many wallets will receive airdrops in total?
We have received around 2000 submissions but not all of them are eligible, once these wallets are identified, we will edit and update this post with final eligible wallet quantity.
9- Is the whitelist spots valid for all future products?
Yes, if you have entered your email address to the airdrop form, you will be notified for whitelist spots on all of our future products.
10- What happens if I don’t get the airdrop? Complaints submission form?
If you do not receive your airdrop within distribution period or if you think you received a wrong amount, you will be able to fill a complaint form that will be posted and available after 05.01.22.
